The personal testimony of Pastor. N.K. Rakshana, India.
I was born in an orthodox Hindu idol worshipping family, I lived this lifestyle until the day of my salvation. A the 24 years of age, I was attacked by dreadful heart disease. My parents joined me at the Government hospital and where I received treatment for 10 days, but with no relief. The doctors discharged me from the hospital informing me that I had limited time left to live. I worshipped many gods according to my Indian religious system, but they offered no relief in my pain. Nearing death, the anointed minister, the Holy Spirit entered into my life bringing grace as I listened to a small gospel meeting being conducted behind my residence. I listened to a voice proclaim a message of healing through the Lord Jesus Christ according to Mathew 9: 1-8. The word of God touched my heart, and I confessed my sins and asked the Lord Jesus Christ to pardon my sins and deliver me from the sickness.
Immediately our Lord Jesus Christ by his grace, gave me a vision and the anointed voice by touching with his hand upon my heart. Immediately I was healed and restored my life in that same night. The following morning all my family members saw me and wondered about this great healing through my new Savior Jesus Christ.
That was January 15th 1969, my spiritual rebirthday. From that day onwards, our God began to speak to me in my prayers. According to the word of God, I was Baptized in water, and the same day I also received the anointing of the Holy ghost with all gifts. The next week I believe God’s voice came to me, calling me to serve him. Immediately I resigned my teacher job and went to Madras and joined in a Bible college to learn about the bible. During the Bible training days, every evening I would to go to many places around Madras and testify about my miraculous healing and declare the message of salvation from the bible. I worked as a servant of God for 15 years in Madras city. Many unsaved souls turned to God, and he showed himself on my behalf thru many wonders and miracles.
In 1984, God instructed me return to my own place, in East Godavari district to preach the gospel in my native villages. Many thousands of unsaved souls turned to God and accepted our Lord Jesus Christ as their personal savior through my ministry there. Praise God. My first son, Aseer, is continuing that great service in my native village. 
One day I was traveling from East Godavari to Madras, when the Lord opened a new ministry for me. I met sister, Evelyn Splane, the Canadian missionary in Guntur. This is the beginning from where God began this mission in the year 1986. God used me greatly to help sister Evelyn Splane’s missionary ministry in the locality of Chilakaluripet. By the plan and suggestion of sister Evelyn Splane, I registered this INDIA FOR CHRIST organization in Chilakaluripet and corresponded with the Government of India to obtain the permission to receive the foreign contributions for the social and religious ministry of India For Christ. God blessed by granting all the permission for the India For Christ organization. Praise God for that.
 God has blessed me with seven children: 2 sons and 5 daughters. God has taken care of all my family needs because of his promises to his chosen ministers. At present, all are living as a witness in the service of God in India. Especially my two sons are doing great things in the Lord’s ministry as a living testimony, my son Aseer is ministring in the East Godavari area and my other son Christer in Chilakaluripet. At present, the ministry is most powerful in the Guntur district and East Godavari district. By the grace of God, the sacrificial ministry of sister Evelyn Splane and many sponsors from Canada, we have been helping to this great ministry flourish in India.
Thank God for his gracious calling of pastor Rakshana as a servant to preach the gospel of salvation in India.
